Errands

After staying up til 3.30am for some reason (copying DVDs and messing around on the computer!), I woke up around 10am. I headed to the Pavillion to have a look for some ideas for Ross' birthday present - lots of possibilities!

I popped into Yo Sushi! for some brunch. I love this restaurant, as any sushi train, it is quick and quite cheap but I like the cute coloured plates and the ambience of the place. The photo was taken as I was sitting by the train.

After this I walked down Bukit Bintang to Low Yat Plaza to pick up some more blank DVDs and a DVD holder. I wandered around looking at every level and saw some cool things that I may have to buy next time. Yes, it's sad but I just love technology! :-)

A quick pitstop at the Coffee Bean and I was on my way to Qatar Airways to pick up my tickets for Doha and Shanghai. When I got there, they told me the tickets had already been cancelled! I was so mad as I am supposed to leave next week. So "insha'allah" they will call me to say that everything is ok although I am wait listed on the flight to Doha. As long as I get there in time for the flight to Bahrain!

I walked home after this and have been spending the afternoon on the couch with the laptop on my knees burning DVDs. About 4pm, a huge storm started to roll in from behind the Petronus Towers. The forked lightning was amazing! I put some pics I took in the slideshow above.

So I guess this evening, I'll keep going on my DVDs and do some foraging for dinner. Back to the gym tomorrow!
