Relaxing in Singapore

I spent today relaxing and still recovering. Ross headed off to work early this morning and I stayed in bed watching TV and dozing on and off until about 11.

I managed to get myself up and ready to go out by midday. I headed to The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for some brunch and also to catch up on my emails. After brunch walked along Orchard Road to Borders to buy the book Twilight again as I left it on the plane on the way down :-(.

For some reason, it felt much hotter in Singapore than it does in KL. After a couple of hours in the heat, I was starting to feel a bit rough again so I headed back to the hotel. I finished my book and watched more TV until Ross came home at about 8pm from work - long day!

We headed out to Hard Rock Cafe for dinner and then wandered along Orchard Road (see photo) before heading back to the hotel for a relatively early night.
