After a breakfast of pancakes with bananas poached in maple syrup, Ross and I sat on the couch and watched TV pretty much all day watching all kinds of sports from League to AFL to the London Marathon and the F1.
I recycled yesterdays BBQ leftovers and created a lamb and veggie cous cous salad for lunch/ dinner.
I did manage to do a couple of productive things - write a letter to a friend, book a hotel for our anniversary and also for our trip to Langkawi and fix up my computer.
As you can see from the photo, Black also joined us in our lazy day. We did not get out of our PJs all day (although about 2.30pm we decided we should probably at least shower and brush our teeth) - wonderful!
This week, exercise wise, I only managed:
- 90 minutes walking at various inclines at FRIM
