Ross woke up in time to catch the Broncos replay in the morning. We stayed in bed to watch it until half time and then I got up and cooked breakfast - eggs with tomato, basil and onion with mushrooms on the side - yum!
We watched the second half on the couch and then pottered around for a while tidying up the house before heading to Pavillion again to do a couple of things. I decided that I would join the gym so Ross came with me to fill out the paperwork and pay the guy. I'll start yoga on Monday.
After the Pavillion we headed to Great Eastern Mall to do some shopping. Although we only went for a few things we ended up spending a fortune including 400 MYR on cat stuff (kitty litter and food). We had lunch at Alexis and I had a nicoise salad - part of my new healthy eating plan.
By this time it was already 6 o'clock. After the epic struggle to get the groceries in the lift from the car while keeping all the doors open, we were exhausted. I spent some time tidying the apartment again and putting away all the little things that get left around. I also got out some of the candles and incense that we have and hardly use. The photo is of the game that Tara gave Ross for his birthday; it doubles as a tea-light holder :-)
I cooked a pork and oyster sauce stir-fry which was pretty good and we ate it watching the AFL - love having the footy on again! We both fell into bed exhausted by the end of the game.
