Cascade Brewery

Our last day in Hobart was spent on the Hop On, Hop Off tourist bus. This took us out to the Cascade Breweryin a beautiful setting in the foothills of Mt Wellington.

We tried a few of the local brews and one in particular, the First Harvest was fantastic. After spending a couple of hours at the brewery, we "hopped" back on the bus to take us back into the city.

The afternoon was spent watching the one-day cricket before heading out to a local bar called the Grape Bar with a great selection of Tassie wine.

After a couple of drinks, we picked up fish and chips (again!) from our favourite place Fish Frenzy and watched the rest the cricket. A pretty relaxing way to end our time in Hobart.
