From beading, I drove out to IKEA again and had a look for some ideas to display my jewellery. I ended up buying some black frames and some off-cuts of fabric to cover the inside of the frame as well as some Christmas decoration hangers which I can use for displaying bracelets and necklaces. I also picked up a wire trash can which is an easy way to hang up my earrings for now.
I also dropped into the stationary store and found some plate stands, acrylic sign displays and a few other bits and pieces I thought would come in handy. The only thing I didn't find was a hot glue gun.
By this time it was 3.30 and I raced home to meet Ross who had just flown in from Vietnam. It was so good to see him again! He hadn't traveled for ages so having him gone for 6 days was actually quite long. We spent some time catching up on things before we had to head out to our golf lesson.
Out at golf, Eric worked with both of us on different parts of our swings. I was finally starting to get it now and hit some beautiful shots! Ross wasn't doing too bad either. Eric took me out on the putting green and showed me how to putt. This was the first time I had had anything other than a 7 iron in my hand since I started taking lessons. I was pretty proud when I got two balls straight in the hole!
We were pretty pumped after our lesson. We drove to KLCC and had a pizza at California Pizza Kitchen then headed home. We pretty much fell into bed. So nice to have Ross home again!
